Police Check Volunteer Letter Request Form
For volunteers wanting to work in the following areas, RDLUC requires a Security Clearance check provide by the Calgary Police Department or the RCMP - depending on where you live.
Healing Ministry
Pastoral Care Visitation
Kidz Zone Assistant
Nursery Assistant
Complete the request form and Administration will forward you the required letter to present to the CPS or RCMP.
Upon receiving your Security Clearance Review Letter from the CPS or RCMP, bring the original to the office where a copy will be made. You will retain the original.
Processing fees can be reimbursed. Provide the receipt to the Administrative Manager.
